The Grassroots Project invites organizational members of the National Advocacy and Action Coalition (NAAC) to propose work plans for the 2026-2027 Project Year. Please make a specific effort to incorporate activities that include collaboration with other NAAC members. Remember also the invitation to structure work that focuses on an identified cohort of your member states as an alternative to national network-wide activities.
