Sign Up

Create an account by clicking on SIGN UP. Follow the directions found on the page.

First, see if your organization is already listed on DD Suite.

Log in and click on "JOIN" and search for your organization.

If your organization is not listed, click on CREATE. Fill in the form and Save. DD Suite will make you the Local Administrator for this new organization.

On the Login page, select the link titled "Forgot/Reset Password" and fill in the form. An email containing a temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with the User Account. Use the temporary password to login, then click on “Account” to change it.

DD Suite for Grant Makers

DD Suite includes every facet of Grant Management.

DD Suite is highly customizable, so that you control the details of all phases of your grants process.

Requests for Proposals are posted on-line according to your specifications.

Grantees complete on-line applications.

Grant makers review, award (or deny) applications. Applications can also be returned with requests for modifications.

Awarded grants are monitored through on-line Periodic Reports submitted by Grantees.

DD Suite can also be used for tracking and managing your organization's internal projects.

DD Suite has automated email reminders and notifications. For example, your grantees are automatically reminded when their reports are due.

DD Suite for Grantees

If you have an active account, please log into DD Suite and visit Help. If you cannot find the answer to your question, then submit a Technical Assistance Request.

  1. Create an account
  2. Join or create an organization.
  3. Click on the specific Notice of Funds Available / Request for Proposals on DD Suite Home.
  4. Click on "Apply for this Grant"
  5. Complete and submit the required forms. The Validation page will help if there is any missing information.
